All sessions are delivered online.

2 x 90 minute sessions - fusing breathwork with linguistics, hypnosis and mindset techniques.
Ongoing guided support, mindset mentoring and resources personally tailored to help you achieve your goals between sessions.
1 x 30 minute integration session at completion of the consultations.
